For over 60 years, Bellerose Jewish Center has been an active, vibrant part of the

Northeast Queens and neighboring Western Nassau communities. We endeavor to provide a quality Jewish congregational experience to Jewish individuals and families, and we embrace diversity and welcome interfaith families.

Our services are upbeat, enjoyable, and “user-friendly” and feature Rabbi Bovit’s dynamic, inspirational, and informative commentary and Divrei Torah.

Our Hebrew School provides an innovative and personalized approach to Jewish education, and our Parents’ Association schedules fun activities for children and families and creates an opportunity for “hands-on” involvement by parents.

We offer a variety of adult education classes including our successful “Journeys in Judaism” class, which includes a miniconcert of Jewish folk music, adult Hebrew classes, “How to” workshops, and more.

Our active Sisterhood-Men’s Club provides various congregational and community activities and a venue for fellowship.

Bellerose Jewish Center is also proud to be home to both BBG and AZA chapters of BBYO, a place for Jewish teens to gather and interact through a variety of religious and social programs and activities.

We invite you to find out more about our programs, services, and close and caring family of members by exploring our Web site and visiting us for religious services.

Bellerose Jewish Center a cornerstone of Jewish life for more than 60 years!
